Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Consultant and lead complex multi-ERP migration projects. You'll tackle challenging data landscapes, drive seamless integrations, and play a key role in transforming business systems for high-impact results.

Job Responsibilities

• Execute SAP ECC S/4HANA data migration projects with precision.
• Manage multi-ERP consolidation initiatives, integrating systems like EPICOR and NetSuite into S/4HANA.
• Lead full data migration lifecycle activities, including ETL, mapping, validation, and governance.
• Handle large-scale master and transactional data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Utilize SAP Data Services (BODS), Migration Cockpit (LTMC), SQL, and ABAP for extraction, transformation, and loading tasks.
• Integrate data from APIs, flat files, and third-party systems to ensure seamless business operations.
• Collaborate with teams to convert Vendor/Customer data into Business Partner formats in S/4HANA.

Job Requirements

• Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken)
• 5+ years of experience as a SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Consultant in multi-ERP migration projects. Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial)
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA data objects (BP, Finance, Materials, etc.) and the full data migration lifecycle.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Data Services (BODS), Migration Cockpit (LTMC), SQL, and ABAP.
• Solid data and integration skills, including profiling, cleansing, governance, and handling large datasets.
• Experience integrating data from APIs, flat files, and third-party systems.
• Experience in multi-ERP consolidation projects (ECC + EPICOR + NetSuite S/4).
• SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation experience.
• Exposure to Data Governance / Master Data Governance (MDG) practices.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with additional ERP systems beyond core projects.
• Advanced certifications in SAP or related migration tools.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to work remotely.
