Job Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Playwright and TypeScript.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and DevOps to ensure test coverage across all phases of development.
  • Integrate automated tests within CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  • Manage and execute test plans using tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or Harness.
  • Contribute to code reviews and promote best testing practices across teams.
  • Ensure timely execution of test cycles and maintain high quality standards throughout the release process.

Job Requirements

  • Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken)
  • 7+ years of experience in Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) roles.
  • Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial
  • Proven expertise in writing automated tests using Playwright and TypeScript.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and related tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
  • Experience with version control systems such as GitHub.
  • Proficient in test management tools like Azure DevOps, Atlassian suite, or Harness.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with object-oriented design principles (SOLID) and design patterns.
  • Working knowledge of RESTful APIs.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to work remotely.
