Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Axway Secure Transport to take on a technical leadership role in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Job Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of secure and scalable full-stack applications.
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality code.
• Drive technical excellence through continuous improvement, innovation, and adherence to best practices.

Job Requirements

• Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken)
• 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a technical lead role.
• Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial
• Proven front-end development expertise with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Deep knowledge of Angular.js.
• Proficiency in backend technologies such as Java or Node.js.
• Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Slack.

Nice to have

• Experience working with APIs and microservices architecture.
• Leadership experience mentoring junior developers and guiding technical teams.
• Knowledge of code quality tools (e.g., SonarQube, CheckStyle).
• Familiarity with build tools like Gradle and Maven.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Proficiency with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).
• Experience with both SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
• Knowledge of messaging systems (e.g., SNS/SQS, Kafka, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ)).

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to work remotely.
