Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust backend systems using .NET Core and C# in production environments.
• Design and optimize SQL Server databases, including stored procedures, indexing strategies, complex queries, and transaction management.
• Build and support secure network communication systems using TCP/IP socket programming and asynchronous communication patterns.
• Integrate and maintain high-throughput SMS gateway systems using SMPP and UCP/EMI protocols.
• Implement and manage sFTP-based ETL processes with a focus on data integrity and reliability.
• Leverage Microsoft Azure servicesparticularly Azure Functionsto create scalable, cloud-native backend architectures.
• Collaborate closely with distributed teams, demonstrating excellent time management and punctuality in remote work environments.

Job Requirements

• Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken)
• 10+ years of experience as a Backend Developer, with at least 7 years of specialization in .NET/C# and SQL.
• Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial)
• Proven track record working with .NET Core and C# in high-demand, production-grade systems.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Azure, especially Azure Functions.
• Solid experience File Transfer Protocol (FTP)
• Strong expertise in Network programming and secure communications, including socket-level development and asynchronous patterns.
• Solid experience in SQL Server performance tuning and designing high-availability database solutions.
• Impeccable punctuality and excellent time management skills, especially for remote team collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience in full-stack development environments.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines, particularly in Azure ecosystems.
• Background in system performance monitoring and application telemetry.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to work remotely,
