Job Summary

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Fullstack Engineer ready to dive into complex challenges, build scalable data-driven solutions, and collaborate on cutting-edge technology within a high-performing Agile team.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as a hands-on code author and reviewer, contributing directly to development efforts.
• Collaborate with a small Agile team to design, develop, test, and maintain robust data-driven applications.
• Drive architecture discussions and technical decision-making, coordinating across interfacing teams.
• Build and optimize data ingestion and transformation processes.
• Develop and enhance infrastructure and data pipelines that support multiple applications.
• Champion engineering team success through accountability, ownership, and initiative.
• Introduce and advocate for technologies and processes that enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
• Uphold and refine software development best practices and standards across the team.

Job Requirements

• Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken)
• 6+ years of experience as a Senior Fullstack Engineer
• Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial)
• Proven experience with Python (Django preferred), SQL (Postgres preferred), and JavaScript (Vue.js or similar)
• Hands-on expertise with AWS services (S3, ECS, Fargate, OpenSearch, RDS, Lambda, Batch, etc.)
• Infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform, Jenkins, Docker
• Strong background in building enterprise software with complex business rules and data models
• Experience designing and developing microservices or other distributed systems
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and practices

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Familiarity with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to work remotely.
