Job Summary
We’re looking for a skilled Front End Developer to build responsive, high-quality web and mobile applications using React and React Native. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about crafting seamless user experiences at scale.

Job Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining performant, reusable UI components with React and React Native
• Translating Figma designs and UX prototypes into clean, responsive code
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features
• Integrating with RESTful APIs and backend services Optimizing applications for speed, scalability, and mobile responsiveness
• Participating in code reviews, standups, and agile planning sessions
• Staying current with front-end trends, libraries, and best practices

Job Requirements

• Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken)
• 5+ years of experience as a Front End Developer
• Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial)
• Strong proficiency in React and React Native
• Solid foundation in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with state management tools like Redux, Context API, or similar
• Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design
• Experience with API integrations and asynchronous data handling
• Strong Git and version control habits
• Comfort working in agile, fast-paced environments
  
  

Nice to have

• Experience with accessibility and performance optimization
• Familiarity with unit/integration testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
• Background in healthcare or HIPAA-compliant environments, but not necessary
• Experience working on apps at scale (especially in a product-focused company)

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to work remotely.
