Job Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand existing application architecture and solution design
• Design and develop high-quality, scalable application components in a cloud-native environment
• Collaborate with architects, leads, and cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum setup
• Lead the design and implementation of applications hosted on Azure
• Create and enhance core frameworks and shared components
• Identify system gaps and propose effective, practical solutions
• Ensure adherence to enterprise design patterns and development standards
• Mentor and guide junior/mid-level developers, fostering knowledge sharing and team growth
• Conduct code reviews and help establish development best practices
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and align them with client needs
• Deliver secure, performant, and scalable web applications on Azure
• Communicate project progress and technical updates to stakeholders
• Work under Agile methodologies to support iterative development cycles

Job Requirements

• Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken)

• 7+ years of C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET (Core and Framework)

• Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial)
• Solid experience with testing frameworks such as xUnit or SpecFlow, and methodologies like TDD, BDD, and integration testing
• Proficiency in SQL Server: schema design, efficient queries, stored procedures, and ORM integration (EF Core, Dapper)
• Deep understanding of microservices and serverless architectures, including API Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and messaging queues
•  Experience using Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and Git for modern development workflows
• Strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory and security protocols such as OpenID Connect and OAuth 2.0
• Practical experience with core Azure services: App Services, SQL Database, App Insights, Monitor, Key Vault, VNETs, NSGs, CosmosDB, and Storage
• CI/CD and DevSecOps experience, including build and release pipeline configuration and management

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to work remotely.
