Business Developer
Location: Philippines (Remote)

The Business Developer will be responsible for expanding Ocean Tide Partners customer base, developing strategic partnerships, and positioning our services as trusted solutions for enterprise growth. This role requires a proactive sales mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of outsourcing, IT services, and cybersecurity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities across target industries (Financial Services, Healthcare, Government, Tech, BPO).

  • Develop tailored proposals and presentations showcasing Ocean Tides cybersecurity, AI, call center, and offshore talent solutions.

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Recruitment, Operations, IT Security) to design solutions aligned with client needs.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements in line with company policies.

  • Stay updated on industry trends (BPO, cybersecurity, AI, outsourcing) to position Ocean Tide as a thought leader.

  • Track sales pipeline, prepare forecasts, and report progress against growth targets.

  • Represent Ocean Tide Partners at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

  • 3+ years proven success in business development, sales, or client acquisition (BPO, outsourcing, or cybersecurity background preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of outsourcing models (staff augmentation, call center operations, managed services).

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable with sales targets.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
