Job Summary
As an In-House Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring of top talent for our clients. You'll work closely with internal leadership and hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the best talent is matched with the right opportunities.
Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define role requirements and candidate profiles

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and outreach

Conduct initial interviews and assessments to shortlist qualified applicants

Coordinate interviews between candidates and client-side hiring managers

Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system or recruitment tools

Stay current on hiring trends and talent availability in the Philippines
Qualifications

2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (in-house or agency)

Familiarity with recruiting for U.S.-based clients or offshore teams

Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, OnlineJobs.ph, and other platforms

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize effectively

Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills

Experience with applicant tracking systems and hiring tools (preferred)

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field (preferred)
