As our ideal candidate, you'll be the architect behind intelligent automation solutions that connect our entire business ecosystem. You'll transform time-consuming manual processes into elegant, automated workflows that save hours of work daily and eliminate human error from critical business operations.

What You'll Be Building: This role focuses on automating workflows between platforms such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Kaseya, Harvest, QuickBooks, Manatal and Excel/Sheets, with a specific focus on invoicing, reporting, and reducing manual operations overhead.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Design automations between Hubspot, Harvest, Kaseya, and QuickBooks (invoice syncing, time logs, reconciliation)
  • Automate reporting dashboards for ticket data, time tracking, and invoice status
  • Build integrations using Zapier, Make.com, or Power Automate; scripting as needed
  • Document workflows and collaborate with finance/ops teams to streamline billing and reporting

Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years experience with API integrations, automation platforms, or RevOps, Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Hands-on experience with Harvest, Kaseya, QuickBooks Online (invoicing), Zapier, Hubspot
  • Excel/Google Sheets mastery (pivots, lookups, formulas, scripts)
  • Bonus: PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript for low-code/custom automation
