We are currently partnered with a fast-growing roofing company in the U.S. that is looking to expand its sales team. To make this possible, we are seeking a skilled Recruiter who can focus on sourcing and hiring motivated sales professionals.
Role Overview:
The Recruiter will play a key role in helping our partner roofing company scale by finding, attracting, and placing qualified salespeople. This is a performance-driven role where you'll manage the recruitment pipeline, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring only the best candidates join the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and interview candidates for sales roles.

Write and post job ads across LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms.

Build a consistent pipeline of qualified sales talent.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Manage candidate communication and provide a smooth hiring experience.

Track and report on recruitment progress.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a recruiter (agency or in-house).

Strong background in hiring salespeople (roofing, construction, or home services industry is a big plus).
