Key Responsibilities

  • Expand and manage international markets, with a focus on Latin America, Central Asia, Asia-Pacific, and South Africa.

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market penetration targets.

  • Build and manage channel partnerships, distributors, and local market networks.

  • Conduct market research to uncover customer needs, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities.

  • Support customer technical discussions and collaborate with internal engineering teams to align solutions with market demands.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Telecommunications, International Trade, or related fields.

  • 3 - 5 years of overseas sales experience in telecom hardware or network solutions (e.g., small cells, 4G/5G base stations, CPE devices).

  • Knowledge of major telecom ecosystem players (Huawei, Ericsson, ZTE) is a strong advantage.

  • Fluent English and readiness for international travel.

  • Strong cross-cultural communication and global business acumen.

What We Offer:

  • Base salary: USD 100,000 -200,000 per year, aligned with experience and market benchmarks.
