Senior Onsite Audio Visual Technician - San Francisco, CA

The OfficePro, Inc. is looking to hire an experienced Audio-Visual Onsite Technician to provide service support for a high-profile client with the end goals of supporting and restoring functionality to our customers assets while delivering a world-class Customer Service experience.

This is a high-level Senior position that requires 3-5 years experience of AV Commercial space and VTC Hardware and Software configuration, troubleshooting and support

THIS IS A 6-8 MONTH CONTRACT/1099 POSITION FOR 40 HOURS PER WEEK

Experience Required:

• A/V experience with conference room equipment troubleshooting and end user support (MS Teams, Zoom, Webex)
• Onsite support, troubleshooting and maintenance checks of control programs (AMX / Crestron/Firmware) 
• Previous upload and download capability of firmware and coding upgrades
• Onsite service support of networked devices (Routers, IP Protocols, etc.)
• Setup and troubleshoot various video codecs/video teleconferencing systems
• White Glove Executive support of conference and meetings in the existing client space
• Support and clear knowledge of unified communications in conjunction with VTC Hardware and software
• Knowledge of basic signal flow for audio, video and control
• Ability to manage small to medium projects onsite in various capacities per client request and needs 

Education/Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of audiovisual integration experience preferred
• Crestron experience or certs (DMC-E, etc)
• Crestron toolbox experience or relevant
• Polycom, Logi, Cisco Codec experience
• DSP experience (QSYS & Biamp)
• CTS cert or training as applicable- Avixa CTS General Certification

Job Type: Contract/Freelance 1099

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

• 8 hour shift
• Overtime if needed
• Pay: $65 - $70/hour
