ABOUT THE ROLE
A US-based company in the home services industry is looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-oriented Operations & Customer Coordination Specialist to support daily operational workflows and customer communication.
This role combines operations coordination, customer service, scheduling, estimating support, invoicing, and project follow-through. The person in this role will help ensure projects continue moving smoothly from the initial customer interaction through scheduling, ordering, and final invoicing.
This is a stable and structured position for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and keeping multiple operational processes aligned throughout the day.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answer and manage incoming customer calls professionally and clearly
• Prepare customer estimates using internal pricing tools and systems
• Order materials through vendor platforms after approved estimates
• Coordinate installation schedules and customer appointments
• Support invoicing and administrative follow-up processes
• Maintain accurate updates inside internal systems and workflows
• Coordinate communication between customers, vendors, and operations
• Help keep projects organized and operationally on track
REQUIREMENTS
• At least 1 year of previous experience in administration, customer support, scheduling, coordination, operations, or similar roles
• Advanced or fluent English, written and spoken
• Resume must be submitted in English and clearly state the English level
• Comfortable communicating with US-based customers by phone
• Comfortable learning and using systems such as CRM platforms, scheduling tools, and operational software
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and process-focused
• Comfortable working Monday through Friday aligned with Mountain Standard Time business hours
• Comfortable attending the office in Belgrano R once per week
• Reliable internet connection and appropriate remote work setup
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous experience supporting US-based companies remotely
• Experience with ServiceTitan, QuickBooks Online, or similar systems
• Previous scheduling or coordination experience
• Experience in customer-facing operational environments
SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION
• Monday through Friday
• Aligned with US Mountain Standard Time working hours
• Hybrid structure with once-per-week office attendance in Belgrano R, CABA
• Compensation based on experience, approximately between USD 2,000 and USD 2,500 monthly
