We’re hiring an Operations Manager to support a growing in-home care organization focused on patient support and service excellence. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance people, processes, and client experience.
What You’ll Do
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across scheduling, patient care, and administrative processes
Manage client communication and deliver a high-quality, client-first experience
Handle multiple workflows simultaneously with strong attention to detail
Support onboarding, scheduling, and payroll-related processes
Maintain accuracy and organization across internal systems
Must-Have Skills
Strong organization and multitasking abilities
Close attention to detail
Self-starter with a proactive mindset
Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience
Professional level of English

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM ET
PTO: 10 days + standard US holidays
