About the Role

We are looking for a Business Brokerage Associate to support deal execution, seller and buyer communication, and overall pipeline management.

This is a revenue-aligned execution role designed for someone who wants to be deeply involved in live transactions while building strong operational and analytical skills inside a business brokerage environment.

You will work closely with senior partners, supporting deals from initial outreach through closing, while owning CRM management, follow-up, and administrative coordination.

Compensation Structure

Base Salary
USD $1200 to $1500 per month
Paid monthly to ensure stability and full commitment to execution responsibilities.

Deal Participation Bonus
All bonuses are calculated only on actual cash commission personally received by the lead partner, after broker splits, operating costs, and partner distributions.

No bonuses are calculated on gross commission.

Key Responsibilities

Own CRM follow-up and pipeline tracking.
Manage seller communication via email and text.
Draft financial analysis and valuation summaries.
Coordinate buyer communication and NDA processes.
Support multiple partners across active deals.
Build outbound seller lists and initiate outreach.
Handle all administrative tasks related to deal execution.
