Data Analytics Lead

We are a growing construction company specializing in outdoor living projects, with a team of ~85 employees across Washington and Oregon. As we continue to scale, we are undergoing a full transformation of our technology stack and are looking for a highly experienced professional to lead this initiative end-to-end.
This is a hybrid leadership role combining IT Program Management and Data Analytics ownership. You will play a critical role in evaluating, implementing, and optimizing systems across the business, while building a scalable and reliable data infrastructure.
Important: We are specifically looking for someone with strong, hands-on experience in DOMO. This is a key requirement for success in this role.
What You'll Do
Lead a company-wide tech stack transformation across CRM, accounting, expense management, and analytics systems
Own and manage data analytics strategy, reporting, and dashboard development
Oversee implementation of analytics tools such as DOMO and Power BI
Ensure seamless integration between systems using tools like Zapier or similar middleware
Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to define data and reporting needs
Manage external vendors and service providers during system implementations
Establish and enforce data governance and quality standards
Build and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Identify risks and drive mitigation strategies
Communicate progress, milestones, and blockers to stakeholders
Must-Have Requirements
Proven experience with DOMO (this is non-negotiable)
5+ years of experience in IT program management, data analytics, or technical leadership roles
Strong expertise in data analytics, data modeling, and reporting
Experience implementing and managing BI tools such as Power BI and DOMO
Solid business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience integrating systems and managing data pipelines
Familiarity with tools like Zapier or similar automation platforms
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or formal project management methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Background in data engineering or advanced analytics
Experience in high-growth or transformation environments
PMP or similar certification
Role Details
Full-time position
Working hours aligned with PST (flexible schedule between 6am–6pm, )
Standard US holidays
10 days PTO annually
