We are growing quickly and looking for an Outbound Sales Representative to help us generate new business opportunities and connect with potential clients.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the confidence to engage with decision makers through calls and outreach campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound phone calls to potential clients
• Send cold emails and follow-up messages
• Identify and qualify new leads for the company
• Build relationships with prospects and introduce OfficeTwo’s services
• Maintain organized outreach tracking and notes
• Coordinate meetings for the sales team when opportunities are identified

Requirements

• An advanced or fluent English level is required
• Excellent verbal communication and strong writing skills in English
• Comfortable making outbound calls daily
• Sales-oriented personality with persuasive communication skills
• Motivated, proactive, and goal-driven
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Previous experience in sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or customer-facing roles is a plus
