Monthly salary: USD $2500

We are partnering with a Minnesota-based construction company focused on building custom decks and outdoor living spaces for residential clients. As a young and growing company, they value ownership, creativity, and a strong sense of pride in their work.

This mid-level role is ideal for an Architect who can manage drawings and oversee the permitting process to ensure projects move forward smoothly and efficiently. You will play a key role in translating concepts into build-ready plans while coordinating with local requirements.

Key requirements include:
Strong communication skills, persistence, tech savviness, and experience using JobTread. Ability to stay detail-oriented, organized, and proactive throughout the permitting and documentation process.

Nice to have:
Experience in construction, decking, or exterior projects. Familiarity with reading plans, working with US municipalities, and supporting project coordination.

Schedule and benefits:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM CT
10 days of PTO
Standard US holidays
