ABOUT THE ROLE
A US-based construction company is looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Project Coordinator / Operations Coordinator to support the operational side of active construction projects.
This role is designed to help maintain structure and consistency across project workflows while Construction Managers focus on field execution and job site responsibilities.
The position includes project coordination, scheduling management, purchase order creation, vendor communication, documentation organization, budget updates, and maintaining operational accountability across multiple ongoing projects.
This is a mid-level coordination role with strong ownership expectations. We are looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, process-minded, and comfortable navigating operational systems and moving priorities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and manage purchase orders and work orders
Maintain and update project schedules weekly inside JobTread
Update project budgets and maintain operational visibility
Coordinate vendor communication and follow-up
Order additional materials when needed
Maintain documentation, timelines, and project organization
Support communication flow between vendors, clients, and internal teams
Keep project systems updated consistently and accurately
Identify small operational improvements and efficiency opportunities inside workflows
Assist with maintaining accountability and follow-through across active projects

REQUIREMENTS
At least 1 year of experience in project coordination, operations, administration, construction support, or similar roles
Advanced or fluent English, written and spoken
Resume must be submitted in English and clearly state English level
Comfortable working with multiple systems and portals
Strong organizational and follow-through skills
Comfortable managing changing priorities and deadlines
Detail-oriented and process-minded
Comfortable communicating with vendors and operational teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Available Monday through Friday during US business hours
Comfortable attending the office in Belgrano R once per week
Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
