We are a growing US-based construction company looking for a tech-savvy, highly organized Junior Operations Assistant to join our team.

This is an execution-focused role ideal for a proactive professional who's comfortable wearing multiple hats, maintaining daily workflows, and supporting the team with software and administrative tasks. You don't need to be a programmer, but you must be someone who genuinely enjoys playing around with new software and figuring out how it works.
Responsibilities
Daily opsSupport daily office operations, scheduling, and documentation to keep the team organizedSystemsAssist in updating and maintaining data within our construction management software (JobTread)AutomationsHelp maintain existing automations and integrations using tools like Zapier and DataXCommunicationHandle professional communication with customers, vendors, and the internal team via email and occasional phone callsWorkflowsKeep administrative tasks accurate, consistent, and organized — and flag opportunities to improve how things are done
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, virtual assistant, or project support role
- High tech-fluency — you love software; you're the person friends ask for help when setting up an app or a spreadsheet
- Advanced or fluent written and spoken English (you will be communicating with US-based clients)
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace
Preferred qualifications
- Comfortable working with (or eager to learn) G-Suite, QuickBooks Online, Zapier, and JobTread — prior experience is a strong plus, willingness to learn is required
- Previous experience supporting operations or project coordination workflows
- Experience working remotely with US-based companies is a plus
Schedule & compensation
Schedule: Mon–Fri (9am–5pm CT)
Compensation: $1,500–$2,000 USD/month
Time off: 10 days PTO + US holidays
