About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Software Developer to design, build, and maintain internal business applications that improve operational efficiency through automation, systems integration, and modern software development.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain web-based internal applications and business tools.
  • Replace complex spreadsheet-based workflows with scalable database-driven applications.
  • Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces for internal users.
  • Build secure and maintainable backend services and business logic.

Database & Data Management

  • Design and maintain relational databases to serve as the central source of business data.
  • Develop data models that support multiple business processes and reporting requirements.
  • Create data import, export, migration, and validation processes.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and performance across systems.

Systems Integration & Automation

  • Develop middleware and APIs to integrate multiple internal platforms.
  • Build automation workflows that eliminate repetitive manual tasks.
  • Create and maintain REST APIs and third-party system integrations.
  • Support automated onboarding, offboarding, and operational workflows.

Process Improvement

  • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Recommend scalable technical solutions that improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into software solutions.
  • Document technical designs, workflows, and system architecture.

Maintenance & Support

  • Troubleshoot software issues and resolve bugs in a timely manner.
  • Monitor application performance and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Maintain code quality through testing, documentation, and best development practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer, Software Developer, Systems Developer, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture and application design.
  • Experience developing scalable web applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
