Position Overview:

The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operational management of the client and play a key leadership role in coordinating staff, systems, workflows, and business activities across the organisation.

The role is responsible for ensuring efficient operations across Sales, Marketing, Website & IT, Accounting Administration, Customer Support, and internal business coordination.

The Operations Manager will act as a central communication and coordination point between management, staff, contractors, technology providers, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate daily business operations across all operational areas
  • Supervise and support staff workflows, priorities, and performance
  • Coordinate communication between departments, management, contractors, and external partners
  • Assist with implementation and monitoring of operational systems, processes, and reporting
  • Support Sales and Marketing operations including campaign coordination and customer engagement processes
  • Coordinate Website & IT operational activities including system updates, issue management, and digital platform support
  • Liaise with accounting administration regarding invoices, reporting, and operational documentation
  • Oversee customer support processes to ensure timely, professional, and high-quality service delivery
  • Prepare operational reports, meeting updates, and workflow tracking information
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, systems, and service quality
