Role Overview:
The ideal candidate is energetic, ambitious, and thrives in a target-driven environment. They will be comfortable working remotely, using modern sales tools, and being held accountable to clear KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Conversion: Respond to and follow up on inbound leads from the website, email, and social media. Convert inquiries into paid enrolments for Micro courses.
- Pipeline Management: Build, manage, and maintain an active sales pipeline to ensure consistent deal flow.
- Performance & KPI Management: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Track conversion rates and maintain strict follow-up discipline.
- Marketing Support: Assist with social media campaigns and lead generation initiatives, providing customer insights to refine conversion strategies.
- Systems & Tools: Manage all lead interactions in the CRM (HubSpot or similar), ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. Leverage digital and AI tools to enhance efficiency.

Experience & Skills:
- Sales experience is preferred, but attitude and drive are the most important factors.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic understanding of digital and social media channels.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) is a plus.
