About the Role
We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our growing team in Clark. This is a work-from-office position, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to take on complex development projects. You will be responsible for both frontend and backend development, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure applications.

The right candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about writing clean, efficient code while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications across frontend and backend.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver user-friendly solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
• Conduct QA testing and troubleshoot across multiple browsers and platforms.
• Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years proven experience in frontend and backend development.
• Proficiency in Python/Django for backend and HTML5, CSS, JavaScript for frontend.
• Hands-on experience with at least one modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Strong experience with SQL, XML, and JSON-based APIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance and testing.
• Ability to work independently with a positive can-do attitude.

Desired (Not Required)

• UX/design background.
• Experience with CMS platforms (Wagtail, WordPress).
• Linux systems administration.
• Familiarity with web security, cross-browser testing, and performance optimization.
• Working knowledge of SEO principles.
• Experience with project management/version control tools (e.g., JIRA, Bitbucket).
• Cloud platform (AWS) and containerization tools (Docker).
