Payroll Master (MYOB)

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Payroll Master to handle end-to-end payroll for Australian clients. This is a full-time, remote position requiring strong MYOB experience and a solid grasp of Australian payroll standards, including EBAs, NES, and Fair Work legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process full-cycle payroll (weekly/fortnightly/monthly) using MYOB
• Ensure compliance with AU payroll laws, tax, and superannuation regulations
• Interpret EBAs, modern awards, and NES
• Handle employee payroll queries professionally
• Prepare payroll tax and superannuation reports
• Maintain accurate payroll records and data security
• Liaise with clients and internal teams for reporting and reconciliation

Qualifications:

• 3+ years payroll experience, preferably with Australian accounts
• Proficiency in MYOB is required
• Strong understanding of Fair Work regulations and NES
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• BPO experience is a plus
