We are looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Bookkeeper/Accountant to handle all financial record-keeping, reconciliations, and financial administration. The ideal candidate should be proficient with QuickBooks, embrace technology and automation, and be passionate about improving processes and maximizing efficiency.
This role is ideal for individuals with prior BPO experience, strong client communication skills, and advanced proficiency in Xero, MYOB, and Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate day-to-day bookkeeping and financial records.
- Handle general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Process and issue invoices, bills, and statements.
- Perform month-end and year-end closings.
- Use Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks to manage and monitor financial records.
- Identify and implement automation tools to streamline financial processes.
- Prepare detailed reports using Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
- Communicate clearly with international clients and provide prompt support.
- Work with finance teams to ensure compliance and accuracy in all records.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience in a BPO or shared services environment
- Proficient in Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks
- Strong understanding of tech tools and process automation
- Advanced Excel skills (including data analytics and reporting)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good customer service and written/verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Willing to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga
