Job Title: Marketing Specialist (Night Shift | Remote)

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support our U.S. based outreach efforts. This remote role is ideal for someone with a can-do attitude, a pleasing personality, and a passion for building meaningful professional relationships. You will play a key role in executing LinkedIn outreach campaigns, targeting Founders, HNWIs, and Family Offices, while collaborating with international marketing and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct targeted outreach via LinkedIn with customized messaging sequences for Founders, HNWIs, and Family Offices
- Manage and optimize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools to track leads and engagement
- Personalize connection requests and follow-ups to increase conversion rates
- Monitor conversations, respond to basic inquiries, and coordinate meetings with senior consultants
- Collaborate with U.S.-based teams to improve outreach messaging and targeting
- Analyze performance metrics weekly and recommend strategy adjustments
- Stay up-to-date on Act 60, relocation trends, and HNWI market behavior
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Communications, Business, or a related field (required)
- Minimum 12 years of experience in LinkedIn B2B outreach or lead generation (preferably U.S. market)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must
- Strong customer service orientation with a professional and friendly approach
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar CRM tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Results-driven with the ability to meet goals and deadlines
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
- Willingness to work night shifts and be available for U.S. business hour check-ins
