Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer

Job Type: Full-time

Work Arrangement: Office-Based (Clark, Pampanga)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Role Overview:

This is a critical, high-impact role within the marketing team. The Senior Graphic Designer will lead design direction and execution across email, social media, website, print, and a small amount of packaging. The role is responsible for website assets, email campaigns, promotional campaigns, and social media advertising creative.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment with frequent campaign cycles, monthly promotions, and ongoing creative production. Success in this role requires someone who can balance strong creative thinking with speed, efficiency, and the ability to consistently deliver to deadlines.

While based in the Philippines, you will work as part of a global team, collaborating daily with Australian marketing leadership. You will play a key role in shaping and elevating the brand while executing at pace.

This role suits a highly driven, commercially minded designer who thrives under pressure and enjoys owning outcomes - not just producing assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and design all creative campaigns across website, social media (organic + paid), email, and other marketing channels.
  • Create engaging and on-brand assets across email campaigns, flows, and pop-ups in Klaviyo.
  • Design high-quality creative (still, GIF and video) for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, and other advertising placements.
  • Work closely with the UX team on website elements, mockups, and landing pages.
  • Manage a high volume of creative output across multiple channels while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
  • Deliver campaign-led creative aligned to tight timelines and promotional calendars.
  • Take full ownership of design delivery, ensuring deadlines are consistently met without compromising quality.
  • Work at pace, balancing speed, quality, and commercial outcomes.
  • Collaborate daily with the CMO including weekly WIP video sessions, and high frequency engagement on Slack.
  • Bring new ideas, testing concepts, and proactive suggestions to continuously improve design and marketing effectiveness.
  • Have an interest in AI and ways of working so we can stay ahead of the curve and iterate in the way we work.

Experience & Skills:

  • 6+ years' experience in a digital or website design role (agency or e-commerce experience highly regarded).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design for Western markets (ideally Australian-led brands).
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant design, marketing, or creative field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.
  • Deep understanding of Klaviyo, including email design, flows, campaigns, and pop-ups.
  • Solid knowledge and interest in social media design and trends (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Strong grasp of UX and website design principles.
  • Excellent written and spoken English — essential for cross-market collaboration and regular Slack sessions.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • A proactive, confident and creative mindset — not just executing but contributing ideas and improvements.
  • Video editing skills desirable, including Adobe After Effects to get behind the latest social trends.
