About the job Marketing Manager
Role Purpose As Marketing Manager, you own the Marketing pillar. You develop and execute marketing strategies that build brand awareness, generate quality leads, and support sales growth for our luxury architectural stonework.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute a marketing plan focused on lead generation and brand positioning.
- Oversee content creation (photos, videos, case studies) and manage social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest).
- Drive website updates, SEO, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Plan and run email marketing (EDM) campaigns and marketing assets.
- Track marketing performance and report on ROI, traffic, and lead quality.
- Collaborate with the Sales Estimator to ensure marketing supports the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the HR Manager to ensure marketing supports the recruitment pipeline.
KPI Breakdown
- Qualified marketing-generated leads per month (target 10–15)
- Website traffic growth 15% per quarter
- Social media engagement rate 4%
- Marketing campaigns delivered on schedule and within budget
- Clear monthly reporting on performance and recommendations
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years' experience in marketing, preferably in luxury goods, architecture, construction, or manufacturing.
- Strong skills in content marketing, social media, website management, and lead generation.
- Proficiency with Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Canva/Adobe Suite, and email platforms.
- Experience working remotely with Australian teams.
