Data Analyst (Mid-Level) - Office Based (Clark, Pampanga)

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Mid-Level Data Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel expertise, and experience generating meaningful reports that support business decision-making. This role requires someone who can work independently, communicate insights effectively, and maintain a positive, collaborative attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets and transform data into actionable business insights
• Create, maintain, and improve recurring and ad hoc reports
• Develop dashboards, performance metrics, and data visualizations
• Monitor trends, identify anomalies, and provide recommendations based on findings
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across multiple sources
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand reporting requirements
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and efficiencies

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Business Analyst, or a similar role
• Previous experience working directly with international clients or within a BPO/shared services environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
• Pivot Tables
• VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
• Index-Match
• Advanced formulas and data manipulation
• Report automation and dashboard creation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and willingness to take initiative

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or similar reporting tools
• Knowledge of SQL and database management
• Experience supporting operational, sales, recruitment, or finance reporting functions
