We are looking for a Junior Accountant or Bookkeeper who is eager to learn, reliable, and looking for long-term growth. This role is ideal for someone early in their accounting career who prefers clear systems, structured guidance, and stability over fast job-hopping or freelancing.

Australian accounting experience is not required — full training will be provided.

What We Are Looking For

• Junior Accountant or Bookkeeper with 1–2 years of experience

• Good written and spoken English

• Comfortable asking questions and following clear instructions

• Reliable, consistent, and seeking long-term employment

• Willing to work closely with management and an AI-based instruction system

• Australian accounting experience not required

Key Responsibilities

• Data entry and day-to-day bookkeeping

• Bank reconciliations

• BAS and payroll preparation (draft level)

• Supporting multiple entities (Australia and overseas)

• Working within a structured, step-by-step system with review processes
