Often referred to as the “Teaching Hospital” or “University of Advertising”, one of our most attractive employer attributes is the development proposition.
Since 2016, we have made significant investment in the graduate programme, called O25.
About 25 talented graduates’ intern for a 12-month program, each are allocated into a business unit, with a mentor. The grads are immersed in actual client work and through their rotations, each gains a breadth of experiences across disciplinaries (creative, social, content, brand, digital, PR&I). Since the program launch, we have been able to permanently employ over 75% of graduates into junior positions within the company, with many others finding opportunities within the broader industry.
