We are looking for a:

Head of Digital Strategy

As the Head of Digital Strategy at Ogilvy One, you will be instrumental in shaping and leading our digital strategic offerings, driving significant impact for our diverse portfolio of retainer and project clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and innovate within a dynamic and forward-thinking team, redefining how brands connect with their audiences in a one-to-one relationship.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading digital strategy, with a strong track record of successful campaign and platform development.
  • Extensive experience in leading CRM strategy, demonstrating an understanding of customer lifecycle management and loyalty programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a high-performing strategy team.
  • Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience within a digital agency or similar environment.
  • Deep understanding of the digital landscape, including emerging technologies, platforms, and consumer behaviours.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee comprehensive digital strategies that align with client business objectives and market trends.
  • Lead the development and implementation of CRM strategies, focusing on customer loyalty and engagement across various touchpoints.
  • Drive content strategy initiatives, ensuring compelling and effective storytelling across digital platforms.
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the strategy team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Development, Data, SEO, Design) to ensure integrated and effective client solutions.
  • Present strategic recommendations and insights to clients, articulating rationale and business value with clarity and confidence.

Daily Activities:

  • You will lead agency/client brainstorms & workshops to determine KPIs, strategic direction and set ways of working to maintain client relationships
  • Drive integration, with weighting on digital platforms
  • Scope, plan & manage the strategy process on briefs
  • Manage & mentor strategy team members
  • Work with other disciplines (Creative, Development, Data, SEO, Design) to ensure cohesive team integration, and alignment with broader business objectives
  • Be a champion for innovation on every project you touch
  • Play an active role in campaign planning
  • Drive real-time optimisation of the digital work in partnership with creative and data
  • Participate in pitches for new business
  • Define the direction for overall campaigns
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Compile presentations for clients/figure out new ways of selling
  • Attend client briefings & presentations
  • Demonstrate thought leadership by keeping updated on industry trends
