Job description
Ogilvy SA in Cape Town has a vacancy for an account executive with one years experience to work on a large account as part of a dedicated team. Applicant must have a marketing degree or diploma.
The Account Executive is a key support to the brand team and is responsible for the effective day-to-day administration of the brand. Attention to detail is imperative, as is the ability to cope and work in a fast-paced environment. The job entails working closely with clients, account management, production, and the creative teams on the day-to-day management of the business including extensive sample management, briefing, status report maintenance, managing cost estimates and processing billings.
Requirements
- Marketing diploma or degree
- One year's marketing experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail - CRITICAL
- Excellent people skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Willing to share responsibility, capable of working under pressure and a team player
- Full computer literacy in MS Word & Excel & G-suite are prerequisites
