Role Overview

We are looking for a Mid-Level Integrated Strategist to develop insight-led strategies across PR, Influence, and Social.

You'll work across both consumer and corporate brands, shaping communications narratives that build reputation, drive engagement and perform in earned, owned and paid environments. You'll partner closely with account, creative, media and client teams to ensure strategy shows clearly in execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Integrated Strategy (Culture-First Comms, Influence & Social)

  • Apply a culture-first approach to understand how people, platforms and conversations shape brand relevance
  • Conduct cultural, audience and category research to inform integrated communications strategy
  • Identify cultural tensions, trends and moments that brands can credibly participate in
  • Develop strategic frameworks across PR, Influence and Social rooted in cultural insight
  • Translate insights into clear narratives, messaging frameworks and defined channel roles
  • Shape integrated approaches across earned, owned and paid media with brand reputation in mind
  • Define audience segments and messaging priorities by platform, context and cultural relevance
  • Support influencer strategy development, including role definition and narrative alignment

2. Reporting & Analytics

  • Analyse performance data, media coverage and influencer metrics to assess both business and cultural resonance and impact
  • Develop strategic learnings and recommendations to optimize future campaigns
  • Contribute to reporting that demonstrates impact across reputation, reach and engagement

3. Internal: Growth, New Business & Awards

  • Support new business pitches with insight-led thinking, strategic frameworks and storytelling
  • Help develop case studies and award entries that clearly articulate cultural insight, strategy and impact

If you are

  • A strategist with 3–5 years experience working across communications, PR, social or influence
  • Comfortable thinking integrated, with the ability to work across PR, Influence and Social rather than in silos
  • Strong in earned media, influencer ecosystems, brand reputation and culture-first thinking
  • A confident researcher who can align cultural understanding, data and audience insight to develop clear strategic POVs
  • A strong writer, able to craft strategic decks, messaging frameworks and brand narratives
  • An excellent presenter, comfortable articulating strategy clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients
  • Comfortable working with data, reporting and performance insights to inform strategic recommendations
  • Collaborative, curious and able to work across disciplines
  • Experienced in working on both consumer and corporate brands (an advantage)
