We are looking for a:

UI Designer

Were looking for a UI Designer who is fluent in Figma, demonstrates strong visual design systems thinking, and understands how to deliver production-ready design assets for responsive digital products. The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently across projects while collaborating effectively with UX, development, and brand teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop visual design solutions that align with brand identity and strategic goals.
  • Create high-fidelity UI designs, component libraries, and responsive layouts using Figma.
  • Produce interactive prototypes for client presentations and dev handoff.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, copywriters, and developers to ensure execution matches intent.
  • Prepare design specifications and documentation to support implementation.
  • Ensure pixel-perfect output and consistency across platforms and devices.
  • Stay updated on design trends, accessibility standards, and front-end best practices.
  • Participate in design critiques and iterate quickly based on feedback and testing insights.
  • Maintain attention to usability, scalability, and technical feasibility at every design stage.

Required Proficiency

  • Figma (Primary tool layout, prototyping, component systems)
  • Adobe CC (Illustrator and Photoshop for asset preparation)
  • Working understanding of HTML and CSS (for collaboration and feasibility checking)
  • Smartsheet & Trello (For bug listing)
  • Prototyping/Interaction Demonstration tools (e.g., After Effects a plus)
  • Sketch (optional/legacy familiarity)

Portfolio Requirement

Must demonstrate:

  • Strong UI layout and design systems
  • Responsive desktop and mobile screens
  • Interactive prototypes, interaction design and component logic
  • Ability to rationalize and justify design decisions
