Job description

  • To provide end-to-end support to the finance shared service centre by acting as the first point of contact to ensure all administrative requirements are handled within the required timeframes and standards
  • Manage and schedule of team meetings
  • Liaise wit approved travel agencies to obtain quotes and proposals for travel bookings
  • Review and submit expense claims
  • Issue of purchase orders
  • Sending out monthly statements to clients
  • Manage 3G cards issued to staff
  • Reconcile corporate credit cards
  • Maintain gift register
  • Preparation of various month end SOX compliance reports
  • Request / review monthly bank mandates and change logs
  • Completing tender / new supplier forms
  • General finance admin and filing
