We're hiring a Senior Social & Content Manager! Bring your expertise in global social media, project management, and content creation to our team. You'll coordinate campaigns, manage content, analyse trends, and collaborate with international teams. The Role:

As a Senior Social and Content Manager, you will leverage your expertise in working with global clients, particularly across European markets. We are seeking a passionate individual who excels in content creation and community management, driving the brand's online presence and engagement. The ideal candidate will be adept at independently managing projects and offering proactive, innovative ideas to elevate our social media strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead your clients projects and daily management under the supervision of the Social Team Department Head.
  • Coordinate various social media projects from briefing to delivery, follow up and planning of projects and campaigns.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring that all accounts are managed and delivered proficiently this is, and not limited to content scheduling, reports, response rates.
  • Internal management of stakeholders where needed within the account to coordinate the workflow and meet deadlines.
  • You will be responsible for finding solutions to social media issues that may arise while keeping your line manager informed throughout.
  • Adhere to Clients community management guidelines, providing feedback where you see opportunities to refine and improve.
  • Analyse community content and feedback to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in community management.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, who may be situated globally.

Experience:

The ideal candidate is or has:

  • Native English (UK English preferred).
  • Excellent level of grammar and punctuation.
  • Eye for detail and discipline in processes.
  • Competency in content management (the community manager will handle all uploading of content to social platforms).
  • Competent and comfortable with Meta Business Manager/Facebook and Instagram environment.
  • Competent with Twitter/X environment.
  • Not essential, but a bonus if you have experience with social media management tools (i.e. Hootsuite or Sprout).
  • Understanding of crisis comms management essential.
  • Must have innate understanding and interest in popular & Internet culture.
  • Demonstrative skill in creative language appropriate for audience engagement.
  • Ability to convincingly portray brand tone of voice, and tone of voice that will resonate with Gen Z and younger Millennial groups.
  • Ability to react dynamically, confidentially and independently, and use discernment when interacting with audience.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years experience in social media and community management.
  • Comfortable handling and managing relationships.
  • Project management.
  • Copywriting for social media.
  • Thorough understanding of social media and its intricacies.
  • Able to work within a team.
  • Ability to work in an agile work environment.
  • Experience in working on global brands specifically in the alcoholic beverages space advantageous.
