We are looking for a:

Data Analyst

We are looking for a Mid-Level Data Analyst with a proven track record of turning data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of analytical expertise and business acumen to support our mission of driving sustainable growth and customer value. This role requires a strategic thinker with a minimum of five years of experience in data analytics, proficient in using advanced analytical tools and techniques to influence business strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Analytics & Insight Generation: Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports that translate complex datasets into clear business insights.
  • Analytical Strategy Development: Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, development, and marketing teams to enhance client reporting, performance measurement, and conduct detailed analysis work as required.
  • Innovative Solutions: Spot potential to implement innovative new methodologies and improve analytical procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of five years of relevant experience in a data-focused role within a data-driven agency or similar environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics. A Master's degree in a related field is advantageous.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in data integration & analysis tools (e.g., Funnel.io, SQL, Python, R) and data visualization tools (e.g. Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Software Requirements

The ideal candidate would have the following software experience:

  • Google Analytics.
  • Google Tag Manager.
  • Adobe Analytics.
