Senior Creative Retoucher

Our award-winning Agency is looking for a skilled creative retoucher to join our team of passionate, dedicated professionals. The successful applicant will be someone who sees themselves as continually pushing the boundaries of creativity and productivity, able to efficiently craft, as well as deliver quality below-the-line work.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Specialist retouching of photographic images for use in both print and digital
• Colour correction and colour consistency,
• Deep-etching and composition
• Collaboration with creative directors to interpret client brief and photographic briefs.
• Basic knowledge of 3D would be an advantage: Blender, 3Ds Max

Applicant Requirements

• Master creative retoucher with minimum 5 years’ experience with a solid grounding in colour correction, grading, etching and compositing
• Comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (advanced user)
• Comfortable working with InDesign and Illustrator
• Expert in retouching stills, especially Pack shot Key visuals and vehicle photography for print and digital
• Able to craft images to Award-winning standards as well as efficiently produce high quality retail volume when required
• Visual literacy
• Adaptable, flexible, efficient
• Understand and apply colour managed workflows
• Preferably Mac User
