We are looking for a:

Senior Paid Search Campaign Manager

Job Summary:

The PPC / Paid Search Manager is responsible for implementing PPC, Shopping, PMax ect. media strategies for clients. He/she can quickly understand, manage, and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of client campaigns. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in this industry.  

Responsibilities:

  • Platform Mastery: Proficiency in creating, managing, the various campaign types and optimizing paid search campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads and SA360 is a bonus. This includes keyword research, ad creation, bid management, and ongoing campaign optimization.
  • Keyword Strategy Development: The ability to create and execute effective keyword strategies tailored to client objectives, including comprehensive keyword research, selection, and implementation.
  • Ad Copy Creation: Proficiency in crafting compelling ad copy that drives user engagement and conversions on search engine platforms.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Skill in utilizing analytics tools and platforms to track campaign performance, measure KPIs, and produce insights-driven reports for clients. Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics is essential. Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Centre is also a bonus!
  • A/B Testing and Experimentation: Experience in conducting A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance and drive better results.
  • Quality Score Improvement: Knowledge of techniques to improve Quality Scores, such as optimizing landing pages, ad relevance, and click-through rates.
  • Experience with e-commerce and or lead generation.

  • Data-Driven Optimization: Continuously seeking opportunities for data-driven campaign optimization, including A/B testing, personalization, and behavioural triggers.
  • Stay Current: A strong commitment to staying up to date with industry trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices. The candidate should take the initiative to learn about the latest developments and apply them to client campaigns.
  • Adaptability: A willingness to adapt to changes and challenges in the fast-paced world of digital advertising. Being proactive in finding innovative solutions to emerging issues is essential.
