We are looking for a:

Senior Programmatic Campaign Manager

Job Summary:

The Programmatic Manager is responsible for all aspects of Programmatic campaign implementation. This involves managing multiple accounts, maintaining best practice implementation for optimisation and campaign set up. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in this industry.  


  • Ad Tech Proficiency: Mastery of programmatic advertising technologies, such as DSPs,DMPs & Ad-Servers, and the ability to navigate and utilize various platforms to manage programmatic campaigns. (Our tool of choice is the Google Marketing Suite)
  • Data Management: Skills in data management, segmentation, and audience targeting, including the use of first-party and third-party data to optimize programmatic campaigns.
  • Real-time Bidding (RTB): Expertise in real-time bidding processes, optimization strategies, and understanding how to make data-driven bidding decisions.
  • Ad Creative Knowledge: Understanding the role of creative assets in programmatic advertising, including the ability to work with designers and ad creatives to ensure the development of engaging and effective ad content.
  • Ad Fraud Prevention: Knowledge of ad fraud detection and prevention techniques to ensure campaign integrity and budget efficiency.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools to track and measure campaign performance. Ability to provide insights-driven reports to clients.

  • Effective Communication: Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, team members, and external partners. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: The ability to identify and address issues in real-time, make data-driven decisions, and adapt programmatic campaign strategies as necessary.

  • Adaptability: A willingness to adapt to changes and challenges in the fast-paced world of digital advertising. Being proactive in finding innovative solutions to emerging issues is essential.
