Senior Digital Designer
We are currently seeking a talented Senior Digital Designer with CRM expertise to join our team working on a banking client account based in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge digital campaigns within the financial industry.
As a Senior Digital Designer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing creative concepts and designs for our banking client's CRM campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including account managers, strategists, and developers, to create visually stunning and engaging digital assets. Your expertise in CRM design, coupled with your proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and financial industry experience, will ensure the successful delivery of impactful campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
- Collaborate with the account team to understand client objectives and campaign briefs, translating them into compelling CRM designs and assets.
- Create visually appealing and user-centric designs for email templates, landing pages, banners, and other digital assets for CRM campaigns.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across multiple touchpoints.
- Utilize your expertise in CRM best practices and industry trends to optimize designs for customer engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the seamless execution of designs across various digital platforms and devices.
- Present design concepts to internal stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs based on insights and data.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to continually enhance your skills and contribute to the agency's growth.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Designer, with a focus on CRM design and execution.
- Extensive experience in designing for the financial industry, particularly within the banking sector.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices and user experience principles for driving customer engagement and loyalty.
- Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS coding for designing and optimizing responsive emails and landing pages.
- Excellent portfolio showcasing your expertise in CRM design and your ability to create visually appealing and effective digital assets.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring and providing guidance to junior designers is a plus.
