We are looking for a:
Senior Paid Social Campaign Manager
The Paid Social Manager is responsible for all aspects of social campaign implementation. This involves managing multiple accounts, maintaining best practice implementation for optimisation and campaign set up. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years' experience.
- Participate to the construction of media plans answering your clients business challenges using social media touchpoints.
- Platform Proficiency: Mastery of various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and emerging platforms. Ability to create, manage, and optimize campaigns on these platforms.
- Quality Assurance: Execute quality check of the creative assets.
- Ad Campaign Management: Experience in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid social media ad campaigns, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad creative development.
- A/B Testing and Experimentation: Experience in conducting A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance and drive better results.
- Social Analytics: Proficiency in using digital media analytics tools such as GA4 to measure campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare potential recommendations to Strategists based on the insights revealed through execution/optimization to re-adjust future plans.
- Effective Communication: Strong communication skills for engaging with clients, team members, and the social media community. Ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Creative Thinking: A creative mindset for generating innovative social media content ideas, strategies, and campaigns.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive client relationships by providing exceptional service, understanding their business goals, and delivering on expectations.
- Team Collaboration: Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and marketing strategists to ensure integrated marketing campaigns.
- Initiative: Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for campaign improvements and implementing changes.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Continuously seeking opportunities for data-driven campaign optimization, including A/B testing, personalization, and behavioural triggers.
- Stay Current: A strong commitment to staying up to date with industry trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices. The candidate should take the initiative to learn about the latest developments and apply them to client campaigns.
- Adaptability: A willingness to adapt to changes and challenges in the fast-paced world of digital advertising. Being proactive in finding innovative solutions to emerging issues is essential.
