We are looking for a:

Senior Paid Social Campaign Manager

Job Summary:

The Paid Social Manager is responsible for all aspects of social campaign implementation. This involves managing multiple accounts, maintaining best practice implementation for optimisation and campaign set up. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years' experience. 

Responsibilities:

  • Participate to the construction of media plans answering your clients business challenges using social media touchpoints.
  • Platform Proficiency: Mastery of various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and emerging platforms. Ability to create, manage, and optimize campaigns on these platforms.
  • Quality Assurance: Execute quality check of the creative assets.
  • Ad Campaign Management: Experience in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid social media ad campaigns, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad creative development.
  • A/B Testing and Experimentation: Experience in conducting A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance and drive better results.
  • Social Analytics: Proficiency in using digital media analytics tools such as GA4 to measure campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare potential recommendations to Strategists based on the insights revealed through execution/optimization to re-adjust future plans.
