Job Description:

Are you ready to lead dynamic teams and drive brand engagement? OHLA US is seeking a Market Manager to oversee field operations for health, beauty, food, and alcohol sampling events. Youll manage teams, plan events, and ensure top-notch service quality across multiple markets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Hire, train, and lead field teams

- Plan and execute in-store events

- Monitor quality and compliance

- Manage budgets and ensure cost-efficiency

- Regular travel (30%+) to support teams and build relationships

**Qualifications:**

- Experience in multi-unit management required.

- Experience in managing remote teams highly preferred.

- Experience with managing product demonstrations of event activations highly preferred.

- Experience in food safety and alcohol regulations preferred.

- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
