Pay: $20 per hour + additional compensation
Location: Multiple locations around the Houston area.

Your Role

• Deliver top-notch customer service while achieving sales goals
• Keep shelves neat, stocked, and visually appealing
• Guide customers to the best products and share your expertise
• Record work using our mobile app
• Travel to different store locations each day
• Assist with merchandising and inventory tasks

What We Need

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
• Retail or sales experience preferred; beauty experience is a bonus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexible schedule including weekends and mornings
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand/walk for long periods
