Beauty Sales Associate

Pay: $20 per hour + additional compensation
Location: Multiple retail locations in the Reno and Sparks area.

As a Beauty Associate, you'll be the face of OHLA and our clients by connecting customers to our client's awesome products, driving sales, and creating an exceptional shopping experience. All while bringing a different flair to in-store marketing.

What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding customer service while crushing sales goals
• Keep the product shelf clean, organized, and stocked
• Help customers find the right products and share your expertise
• Report your work using our mobile app
• Travel to multiple work locations daily
• Support inventory and merchandising initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (conversational in both) required
• Retail or sales experience highly preferred
  • Bonus if it is in beauty!
    
• Strong communication and people skills
• Able to work weekends + weekday mornings
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand + walk for extended periods
