Job Description
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you're at the forefront of our sales efforts, directly engaging with potential clients to introduce them to the value our company provides. Your main responsibility will be to proactively reach out to leads, conduct compelling sales conversations, and identify qualified opportunities for our sales team. Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients, initiating conversations and generating interest in our products or services.
- Engage in sales talk with leads to understand their unique needs and effectively communicate how our offerings can provide solutions.
- Clearly articulate our company's value proposition and educate potential clients on the benefits of working with us.
- Qualify leads and identify key decision-makers, ensuring a smooth handover of high-potential opportunities to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a cold calling or direct sales role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- A confident and persuasive sales talk approach, capable of handling objections and guiding conversations toward a positive outcome.
- Highly resourceful with the ability to think on your feet during live interactions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing lead information and activity.
- Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and maintain a high level of productivity.
