POSITION OVERVIEW
We seek a detail-oriented, thorough, energetic and organised Sales Executive to oversee and support our B2B Sales and conversions of schools visiting us for field trips. In this position, you will play a key role in creating and maintaining high-quality relationships with our B2B clients and schools. You will follow upnegotiations, maintain an updated database and guarantee the delivery of an awesome experience to the schools and corporates visiting us. Sales Executive responsibilities include providing administrative support in a professional and timely manner. The candidate must be flexible to meet the demands of our growing organisation.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Scheduling Field Trips in advance based on confirmed bookings made.
- Organize all documentation required for Field Trips, physically and electronically, in an efficient manner.
- Coordinating with Guest Engagement, Creative Team and Café team to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day Field Trips.
- Welcoming/Greeting Field Trips and making sure the whole experience goes flawlessly.
- Following up with delayed payments from institutions and keeping our internal accounts team up to date with the progress.
- Work closely with Head of Marketing to execute the strategies made for B2B clients.
- Maintain a strong and deep professional relationship between OliOli® and the relevant B2B clients.
- Call/visit each institution (meeting relevant people) with the objective of introducing OliOli® and its offerings/programs to them.
- Keep updated a CRM for all the relevant B2B clients and prospects, including schools, corporates, travel/tourism companies, DMCs, hotel groups, online portals and platforms, and so on.
- Participate in trade fairs, conferences, and other relevant industry gatherings with a view to furthering OliOli® objectives.
- Be a positive ambassador for the OliOli® brand.
- Contribute to a positive, team-based, and guest-first-centric culture.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal. Arabic is a plus.
- Prior experience within admin, customer service, sales or business development.
- Ability to work within a highly diverse and multicultural environment.
- Outcomes driven; comfortable working with sales targets in a dynamic industry/environment.
